Lately, I’ve been getting more calls from owners of vacation rentals in Bodega Bay and Dillon Beach thanks to Word of Mouth recommendations. Owners and managers love that we’re close by and don’t charge extra to serve the area.
What they really love is the brief down time. With our low-moisture Teri-Towel cleaning system, carpet is dry and ready to be used in only two hours. So, if we clean carpet at 9 am, we’re out by 11 am and carpet is dry by 1 pm, same day. Renters can be in the home that afternoon! Compare that with the 24-48 hours of drying time with the traditional hot water extraction method (steam cleaning/truck mount). Considering the price of one day’s rent, saving a day in down time is a real value. For many of my customers, the traditional method is out of the question because of the humid climate along the coast.
Here are some advantages of our rug and carpet cleaning systems:
- Carpet is Dry in 2 hours
- Area Rugs are dry immediately with our Host Dry System
- Carpet stays clean longer. Spots don’t return
- Save Water. We use less that 1/10 of the water used by traditional steam cleaners
- No risk of mold or mildew
- Our all-natural cleaning products are effective and safe for children, pets, allergy-sufferers and the environment
- Friendly and professional communication
