Does carpet cleaning always mean my carpets are soggy for days?
No! Advanced Dry Carpet Care is unique in that we do not leave carpets and rugs soggy. We use less water to begin with – less than 10% of the water used by our competitors – and blot up solution and soil with thick, clean, dry towels under an oscillating machine (Teri-Towel system). Carpet is dry in 2 Hours. With our Host Dry Extraction system, rugs and carpets are dry immediately.
How can you clean carpet without using much water?
We spray our cleaning solution on the carpet, reaching the carpet fibers, but not the backing or pad. We pre-treat and scrub up spots and traffic lanes. Then, we blot up the solution with thick towels under an oscillating machine. Because we avoid flooding the backing and pad, carpets dry quickly and stay clean longer—no wick-back from excess water. Are your cleaning products safe for pets and children?
Yes, our cleaning systems are safe for pets, children, allergy sufferers and Mother Earth too. Our solutions are non-toxic and safe. We use eco-friendly methods with no harsh chemicals. Anybody can claim to green; we demonstrate it. Read more about our Green Cleaning Systems.
How long does upholstery take to dry?
Upholstery typically takes 6–8 hours to dry, depending on the fabric and indoor airflow. Learn more on our Upholstery Cleaning page.
Do you treat pet stains and odors?
Yes. We offer an optional enzyme treatment for pet urine and odors.
Do you clean rugs?
We specialize in cleaning area rugs and runners. Natural fibers, like wool, silk, jute and sisal are cleaned with the Host Dry Extraction System and are dry immediately after cleaning. We recommend the Teri-Towel system for synthetic fiber rugs (polypropylene, olefin, etc.), dry in 2 hours. Learn more on our Rug Cleaning page.
I only have a few rugs to clean. Can I drop them off?
Yes, you can drop off your rugs for cleaning and pick them up in 3 business days and save money. Contact us to make arrangements.
Do you clean upholstery?
Yes. We clean sofas, sectionals, loveseats, recliners, dining chairs, and ottomans. Tell us the items and fabric type for an accurate quote.
Do I need to vacuum before you arrive?
No—we take care of all vacuuming as part of our service. Please remove smaller items you want us to clean under. Read Preparing for our Visit.
Do you move furniture?
We do not move large furniture like beds, dressers, or heavy sofas unless special arrangements are made. Please move smaller items like chairs, lamps, dog beds, or trash cans if you want us to clean beneath them. We can reach beneath tables and desks.
