We’re a locally owned, 5-star rated carpet and upholstery cleaning company that’s been serving Sonoma County since 1983. We do things differently — our low-moisture, eco-friendly “Clean, Green and Dry” method means carpets dry in 0-2 hours, with no harsh chemicals.
We’re looking for one reliable person with great attitude and strong character to train from the ground up and eventually run day-to-day operations independently. This is a hands-on trade job with a real career path — not a temp gig.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Cleaning carpets, area rugs, and upholstery at residential and commercial locations across Sonoma and Marin Counties
- Learning our Host Dry and low-moisture cleaning systems — we train you, no experience needed
- Driving the company van to pre-scheduled jobs
- Talking with customers, doing walkthroughs, recommending services
- Caring for equipment and keeping the van stocked and ready
- Eventually running jobs entirely on your own
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in doing good work
- Comfortable with physical work (lifting up to 60 lbs, on your feet)
- Valid California driver’s license with a clean record
- Friendly and professional with customers and pets — you’ll be the face of the business
- No carpet cleaning experience required — we’ll teach you everything
- Bonus: any background in cleaning, trades, customer service, or hospitality
- Comfortable speaking English, Spanish also helpful.
